Meet Senior Airman Anayeli Soto, a journeyman fire team member in the 419th Security Forces Squadron. Anayeli enlisted right after high school in the Air Force Reserve keen to serve and hopeful to travel around the world.

So far, her career has taken her to locations across the United States including Alaska, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.

“I love the adventure of traveling to new places and completing the mission by protecting people,” she said. “My goal within the Air Force is to motivate my fellow Airmen to be part of something bigger than themselves.”

In her spare time, Anayeli plays in multiple soccer divisions around Utah and coaches at a soccer facility as a high school mentor. She enjoys attending local car shows, where she shows off her 2017 Subaru WRX Limited, to help raise money for charities.

She is currently attending Weber State University in a mechanical engineering program. While she is working toward her degree, she plans to intern on Hill Air Force Base in ballistic missiles to broaden her skills and knowledge.
