Angie Mood, wife of 419th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Charles Mood, places a homemade baby blanket into a gift bag. Mrs. Mood, who learned to crochet in elementary school, enjoys making and donating blankets for expecting mothers in the 419th Fighter Wing. The wing's first sergeants help present about 50 of these blankets every year.

"The first sergeants do an outstanding job of connecting with the wing's Airmen and their families," Mrs. Mood said. "It's a pleasure to part of that effort. Ultimately, it's about using our gifts and abilities to benefit others."
