HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah --
Col. Walter "Buck" Sams, 419th Fighter Wing commander, flew his last F-16 flight as wing commander here Dec. 4. Comrades typically mark the end of a fini flight by hosing down both the pilot and the jet with water.
