The Freedom Award was established in 1996 under the auspices of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve to recognize exceptional employer support. Military members serving in the National Guard or Reserve are encouraged to nominate civilian employers who go above and beyond in support of their military service. Nominations must be submitted by Dec. 31, 2024.
