TOUR REQUESTS

Official tours hosted by the 419th Fighter Wing require the following:

  • At least six weeks' notice for approval/coordination
  • Minimum of 25 participants
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old

If your group is interested in a tour, please send an email to the wing's Public Affairs office at 419fw.pa@us.af.mil with the following information:

  • Name of group
  • Number of attendees
  • Your contact information, including cell phone and email address

Please note:  As an Air Force Reserve unit, much of our activity takes place on the drill weekend. Please consider looking at our UTA schedule for the best tour dates.

FLYOVER REQUESTS

The flyover request and approval process is managed by accessing the Air Force Aerial Events website. Community members may submit requests, receive notification of approvals/denials, and track requests on this site. The site walks requesters through the process step by step. Requests will not be considered if submitted fewer than 45 days prior to the event.

Once a flyover request is approved, it is the requester's responsibility to find a unit to support the event. The site features a "find an aircraft" link that lists flying units in the local area and/or surrounding states.

Please note:  Aerial Events approval for a flyover does not guarantee that it will be provided. It is up to the base's individual flying units (ultimately the respective wing commander) to determine whether they can support the flyover request based on availability, training schedules, etc.

SPEAKER REQUESTS

The 419th Fighter Wing provides guest speakers to schools, churches and various community events. These speakers share information on their deployments, the wing's mission, and the U.S. Air Force Reserve. To schedule a speaker, requesters may email the wing's Public Affairs office at 419fw.pa@us.af.mil.
