Hill Air Force Base will begin implementing the Defense Biometric Identification System in mid-March. DBIDS is designed to easily verify those who are authorized base access using portable scanners at the gates.

All personnel must register with DBIDS, including active duty, guard, reserve, dependents, civilian employees, contractors, retirees, and other federal agency employees working on or requiring access to Hill AFB.

419th Fighter Wing reservists are encouraged to update their ID cards as soon as possible at Bldg. 408, the new 75th Security Forces facility just south of the base exchange. No appointment needed.
