Reservists make Christmas merry for special needs students Published Dec. 20, 2011 419th Fighter Wing Public Affairs HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Staff Sgt. Ruby Contreras, 67th Aerial Port Squadron, unwraps toys with Tyler Chapman, a special needs student at Mound Fort Junior High School in Ogden. A tradition since 1990, the children's Christmas party includes presents, candy and a visit from Santa himself.
