Cindy George, 419th Fighter Wing command chief, readies herself before a game of dodge ball at the Hess Fitness Center Sept. 21. George joined a group of Airmen enrolled in the non-commissioned officer leadership development course during their PT. About 20 Air Force Reservists from the 419th FW participated in the two-week course, which provides training to mid-level enlisted personnel and helps shape future leaders.
