Keith Knudson, 419th Fighter Wing commander, passes the 419th Maintenance Group flag to Col. Patrick Webb as he assumes command from Col. Stan Sheley during a ceremony here Sept. 11. Webb is responsible for mobility, safety, security, training and readiness for more than 300 personnel providing supervision and management of work performed on F-16 aircraft. He received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1988 and joined the Air Force Reserve in 1995 after serving five years active duty.
