Maj Morgan takes command of CES Published Aug. 8, 2011 By Airman 1st Class Crystal Charriere 419th Fighter Wing Public Affairs Hill Air Force Base, Utah -- Maj. James Morgan assumed command of the 419th Fighter Wing's Civil Engineer Squadron Saturday. He had previously been serving as the unit's Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight commander. Morgan received his commission in 1995 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at Louisiana Tech University. Col. Charles Mood, 419th FW Mission Support Group Commander, spoke during the ceremony and congratulated Morgan for having the opportunity to lead the outstanding personnel in the CES.
