Public affairs recently sat down with Tech. Sgt. Michelle Wilkerson, unit training manager and clinical laboratory craftsmen in the 419th Medical Squadron, as part of a series  highlighting the wing Airmen. Sergeant Wilkerson helps keep the squadron trained and ready for deployments and promotions.

Describe your perfect Sunday.

My perfect Sunday would be going to church with my family and then taking my three-year-old son to visit the duck pond.

If you were offered one wish, what would you use it for?

I would wish for an incentive flight with one of our pilots. I'm working on my pilot's license, so it would be exciting to fly in a jet.

What dance move do you love but feel embarrassed doing?

Salsa dancing is so foreign to me, and I feel out of place doing it, but I really enjoy it.

If money were no object, what career would you enter?

I would teach people how to fly fixed-wing planes like Cessnas. I would love to pass on my knowledge and love of flying.

What household chore do you secretly like to do?

I like doing laundry for my young son. His dirty clothes are like a record of his day with the paint or sand he gets into.
