Airmen's votes count Published Oct. 1, 2010 By Public Affairs staff 419th Fighter Wing HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Utah's general elections Nov. 2 coincide with Hill Air Force Base's operational readiness inspection Oct. 28 to Nov. 6. Many 419th Fighter Wing personnel will be on duty for the ORI and will not have opportunity to vote on Election Day. The state has made preparations to allow Utah citizens to cast their votes early from Oct. 19-29.
