Personnel from the 419th Maintenance Squadron and 388th Equipment Maintenance Squadron prepare to attach a lifting sling to an F-16 aircraft at Hill Air Force Base, Utah on 2 July 2008. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Mike Iarossi, 419th Maintenance Squadron, Flight Chief (wearing the white hard hat) instructed a two-day F-16 Crash Recovery training course to personnel in both maintenance units. This was the first time the two units had conducted crash recovery training as a joint team. The 419th Fighter Wing and the 388th Fighter Wing were the first reserve and active fighter wings to associate and share the same aircraft.
