HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – The North Pole enlisted the help of reservists from the wing’s 67th Aerial Port Squadron to deliver gifts to students with special needs.

Continuing a tradition that spans three decades, the reservists hosted a Christmas party at Mound Fort Junior High in Ogden Dec. 11.

Some Airmen donned elf apparel to help welcome Santa, who spent time with each child to see what they want for Christmas. They also joined Mr. Claus in a rendition of “Jingle Bell Rock” before opening boxes packed with gifts.

The Airmen delivered items from each student’s unique wish list – including toys, clothes, candy, and school supplies – using money raised by the 67th APS throughout the year. The squadron also purchased gifts for the teacher, teacher’s assistants, and classroom.
