HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is looking to recognize civilian employers who go above and beyond in their support of employees who serve part time in the military.
Reservists can nominate their employers for the Patriot Award year round on the ESGR website. Spouses of reservists are also eligible to nominate their supportive supervisor.
Patriot Award winners receive a pin, certificate, and their photo posted on the ESGR website and social media.
The ESGR, a DOD agency established in 1972, aims to expand on and preserve employer trust by recognizing their support through these awards.
