HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – The 419th Fighter Wing is continually adapting in order to fulfill its mission while observing COVID-19 protocols. That’s why this year, the wing’s annual Outstanding Airman of the Year ceremony was held virtually April 11. The ceremony honors the wing’s top performing Airmen and civilians of 2020.
