THE 419TH FW IS HOME TO NEARLY 1,200 RESERVISTS WHO WORK ONE WEEKEND A MONTH AND TWO WEEKS A YEAR AND MUST MAINTAIN THE SAME LEVEL OF EFFICIENCY AS THEIR ACTIVE-DUTY COUNTERPARTS.
