Wing reschedules January UTA Published Nov. 25, 2013 419th Fighter Wing Public Affairs HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The 419th Fighter Wing's January UTA will be moved from Jan. 11-12 to Jan. 25-26. Air Force Reserve units throughout the command are pushing back January UTAs due to budget uncertainties as a result of the continuing resolution that expires Jan. 15. The command plans to delay UTA funding allocations so monies can be set aside for mission critical operations in the event of another government shutdown.
