419th MDS prep Airmen for flu season Published Nov. 17, 2013 By Senior Airman Crystal Charriere 419th Fighter Wing Public Affairs HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- 419th Medical Squadron Airmen administered flu vaccines to wing personnel during the November unit training assembly here this weekend. The vaccination is an annual requirement for Airmen. "Around this time every year, our mission focuses on making sure every 419th Airman is protected against the flu virus," said Tech. Sgt. Rachel Ivory, 419th Medical Squadron Immunizations NCOIC. The 419th MDS gives about 1,100 flu vaccines every year.
