HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Maj. Gen. William Binger, 10th Air Force commander, visited the 419th Fighter Wing this weekend to talk with Airmen and tour the wing's various mission areas. While here, he met with wing officers and enlisted Airmen to discuss their questions or concerns. The 419th is one of several fighter wings under his command.
