Hundreds of Airmen from the 419th Fighter Wing braved rainy weather to attend Family Day at the base's Centennial Park today.

Armed with raincoats and umbrellas, reservists and their families enjoyed free lunch, prize giveaways, games, and military demonstrations.

The wing also welcomed representatives from various organizations that support reservists, including Veterans Affairs and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, to name a few.

Family Day serves to thank reservists' families for their support and to give Airmen an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones. The event is made possible by support from Team Hill, local businesses, and other organizations across the Wasatch Front.

During his remarks, Col. Bryan Radliff, 419th FW commander, thanked wing family members and the many volunteers who helped make the day a success.
