Three 419th reservists will be promoted via the Promotion Enhancement Program:

To Senior Master Sergeant:
Master Sgt. Thomas Brewer, 419th Civil Engineer Squadron

To Master Sergeant:
Tech. Sgt. Brian Congreve, 419th Maintenance Squadron

To Technical Sergeant:
Staff Sgt. Abbra Myers, 419th Force Support Squadron

The PEP allows outstanding Air Force reservists to be promoted one step above the authorized grade for their position. Nomination packages include enlisted performance reports, fitness scores and a list of military and civilian accomplishments. This year, Air Force Reserve leaders looked at nearly 300 packages from across the command and selected only 162 for promotion.

"Congratulations to our selectees who were selected for promotion based on their identified hard work, service and professional development," said Col. Bryan Radliff, 419th Fighter Wing commander. "This was another extremely competitive process and I am proud that three of our own were recognized from amongst the command."
