Col. Bill Lyons teaches Mr. Brandon Strong, recently named 419th Fighter Wing Citizen Partner, the complexities of the F-16 cockpit. The wing welcomed Mr. Strong and five other Citizen Partners, or honorary commanders, with a tour Aug. 26.
