BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Janelle Gaddy, 332nd Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron weapons armament technician, tightens the sway pads on a Triple Ejection Rack-9 Alpha here, Jan. 25. The TER-9A is a munitions rack designed for F-16 Fighting Falcons and can hold up to 3,000 pounds at any one time.
