Employers from Utah and surrounding states pose for a group picture in front of a KC-135 on July 12, 2014, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The 419th Fighter Wing hosted Employer Appreciation Day sponsored by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The purpose of EAD is to thank employers for their support, educate them about the Air Force Reserve and to offer a firsthand glimpse into their employee’s role in national defense.
