419th Fighter Wing Photos

New Training Tactics

Master Sgt. Michelle Corlett, Tech. Sgt. Nicole Tobin, Tech. Sgt. Abbra Myers, all from the 419th Force Support Squadron, and Staff Sgt. Kristy Zimmerman, from the 96th Force Support Squadron here, review personnel folders as part of the 419th Fighter Wing's two-week annual training. "This is an opportunity for us to have specific training on assignments and relocations," said Corlett, force management chief in the 419th FSS. "It is important for us to be here because we don't have the volume of assignments and relocations that our active-duty counterparts have. This experience allows us to train extensively on what we wouldn't have been able to do otherwise." While here, the 419th FSS is also auditing the 96th FSS folders to assist the host squadron and get an in-depth look at their procedures. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Allen Stokes)
