F16 / F35 immersion
Tech Sgt. Allison Tolar, 419th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, executes pre-flight checks of an F-16 before it’s training flight with an F-35. More than 200 personnel from the 419th and 388th fighter wings came to Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., to work with the F-35 for the first time. Reserve and active duty members will spend two weeks participating in immersion training with the Air Force’s newest aircraft. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Crystal Charriere)
