419th Fighter Wing Photos

60th anniversary

F-16s from Hill Air Force Base fly next to the F-35A Lightning II, the Air Force’s newest fighter jet, in a training mission at Eglin AFB, Fla., in April 2014. On Sept. 2, 2015, Hill AFB received its first operational F-35s. Together, the active duty 388th Fighter Wing and Reserve 419th Fighter Wing are the first units to fly the combat-coded F-35s.
