60th anniversary

Sept. 12, 2001, just one day after the 9/11 attacks, reservists in the 419th Fighter Wing prepared for possible retaliation against the nation’s enemies. Ultimately, the 419th was the first F-16 unit to fly combat missions in both Iraq and Afghanistan. (File photo)
