Night Flying at Nellis Air Force Base
A U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II assigned to the 388th Fighter Wing taxis out to the flightline for a Red Flag sortie at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, on January 23, 2024. The 388th performs night flights regularly to maintain flying certifications and to uphold and maintain their multi-role fighter mission and Air Combat Command standards.
